Hello, I’m Sophia.
At the centre of my work is the womb as a creative, living ecosystem, an inner space of intuition, rhythm and expression. Rooting in the understanding that the mind, body and spirit are deeply interconnected and that our bodies are always speaking to us, especially when we learn how to listen.
Through my early teens and twenties, I struggled with my hormone health and experienced health challenges that left me feeling disconnected and uncertain about where and who to turn to. This path of uncertainty led me to travel and seek the healing I needed. I ended up living in India for 8 years, where I lived and learned alongside ancient living traditions and witnessing devotion and the ways of life that honoured the body as sacred, intelligent and cyclical.
I am deeply inspired to support women in reconnecting with their innate creativity, cyclical nature and the wisdom held within their bodies.
My work honours the thresholds we cross as women, our creative rebirth and the deeper awakening to our own personal medicine that emerges when we return home to ourselves.
