Hello there, I am Sophia. I am passionate about tending to the creative portal of the womb, igniting our creativity and honouring sacred rites of passage.
My work celebrates the sacred transitions of a woman’s life, creative rebirth and awakening to our innate personal medicine.
When a woman crosses a threshold, she deserves to be honoured.
I offer intimate and small-group ceremonies designed to support deep transition and integration. Honouring the thresholds of womanhood through mother blessings, closing of the bones ceremonies, womb tending, creative ritual and handcrafted herbal remedies.

Directions of use: Place 4 drops under the tongue or in water, up to 4 times daily. Shake well before use.
I personally love taking essences straight from the stock bottle, however sometimes I also put 4 drops into my water and sip throughout the day.
When I am feeling that the issue manifest itself on a physical level I would take my essence straight from the stock bottle, then when shifts occurs I continue taking my essence diluted in water, sipping throughout the day. There is no wrong way, listen to your body and let your spirit guide you.

Infused and bathed in both the sun and moonlight for the full three cycles, soaking up all the energy from the spring equinox up until the peak of summer🌞🌚 Bathing herbal elixirs in both sun and moonlight is an ancient practice that taps into the unique energy of each celestial body. When you work with herbal elixirs that have soaked up this energy, you’re not just healing your body you’re aligning with the flow of the seasons, honouring your own cycles, and tapping into the greater rhythm of life. I felt it was a potent intention to handcraft within this time so that we can call in the natural equilibrium, Balance, Rebirth and Light that we need as we head into the Darker shorter nights. DIRECTIONS OF USE:
You can choose to anoint yourself before ritual, before showering or before going to sleep.
Before showering, you can gently massage the oil onto the breasts, chest, and womb area using both clockwise and counter-clockwise circular motions. Wet your fingertips slightly with warm water to help spread the oil and enhance absorption. Allow the steam to awaken your senses with the scents of the herbs. Continue massaging for a few minutes, allow the oil to absorb then rinse.

The blend changes slightly depending where I am rooted at the time. I try to use seasonally available plants, listening to and honouring the lands I am on. Only using what I have permission to harvest.
